This page is for people who use the Autodrom app, or the web app for services, and want their account and the data in it removed. The controller of that data is Autodrom OÜ — the privacy notice says what we hold, why, and for how long.
What deletion removes
- The account itself — your e-mail address and your way of signing in.
- Your garage: the vehicles you added and their photos.
- Your requests to services keep no personal details. The service keeps its own record of the job, without them.
- History links you shared stop working, and the service-book extract behind them is deleted.
- Orders and payments for prepaid services: the records accounting law requires us to keep stay, without the data we no longer need. A payment that has not settled is refunded, and a prepaid service you never redeemed is forfeited.
- Receipts, the service book and reminders live only on your phone. Deleting the account in the app clears them from that phone as well; a request by e-mail cannot reach your phone, so uninstall the app to remove them.
- Recovery copies — database backups and the storage recovery window — expire on their own within up to 14 days. We never restore from them to answer a request.
The fastest way — in the app
In the Autodrom app: Profile → Privacy & security → Delete account. You confirm it with your password, and it happens immediately.
For a service account: the web app for services → Settings → Delete account.
A service account with running campaigns, unredeemed prepaid services or an unpaid balance cannot be deleted until those are settled, because buyers depend on them.
If you cannot use the app — by e-mail
Write to us and we will do it for you:
Send it from the e-mail address the account is registered with. The link fills in the subject.
A sender address is not proof on its own, so we reply to the address the account is registered with, with a one-time phrase, and ask you to answer from that address quoting it. We never ask for your password — never send it.
When the account is gone we confirm it by e-mail.
We answer within one month, and usually within a few working days.
If you never had an account, say so — there is nothing to delete, and we will confirm that.
