Autodrom Prepaid Service Terms — buyers (v4)
These terms apply when you buy a prepaid service in the Autodrom app. The seller of record is Autodrom OÜ (registry code 17595374, Harju maakond, Tallinn, Lasnamäe linnaosa, Lõõtsa tn 8, 11415), the company operating the Autodrom platform ("the operator"); the auto service named on your purchase delivers the work. Payment is processed by a licensed payment service provider, named on the payment page. The version of these terms you saw at purchase is recorded with your order.
1. What you buy
- A prepaid service is the offer described on the campaign page (the bundled works), at the auto service named on it, once, for the price you paid.
- It is issued to your account as a code. Possession redeems: anyone who presents the code can redeem it — keep it private. Codes are shown in the app; treat screenshots with care.
- There is no platform-imposed limit on how many prepaid services of a campaign you may buy while it lasts.
2. Redeeming
- Show the code (or its QR) at the auto service; they check it in. The app shows the redemption immediately.
- Each prepaid service is redeemable until the date shown with it in the app (the campaign's end date plus 90 days). That date never changes after purchase.
- If a prepaid service was marked redeemed without the work being delivered, contact the operator promptly through the app — recent redemptions can be reversed and refunded.
3. Your 14-day withdrawal right
- You may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of buying, for a full refund of the price you paid to your original payment method — as long as the prepaid service is unredeemed. Request the refund in the app.
- Express consent to early performance: by presenting the code for redemption you request that the auto service perform the offer before the 14-day period ends, and you acknowledge that redeeming ends your withdrawal right. A redeemed prepaid service is not refundable.
4. After the 14 days
- After the withdrawal period the purchase is non-refundable, and the prepaid service stays redeemable until its date.
- A prepaid service cannot be transferred through the platform, exchanged for cash, or partially redeemed.
- A prepaid service not redeemed by its date expires and is forfeited; the price paid is not refunded.
5. Account deletion
- Deleting your Autodrom account (Settings → Delete account) permanently revokes your unredeemed prepaid services without refund — there is no account left to refund toward. Redeem or withdraw first.
6. Problems
- If an auto service is suspended from the platform while your prepaid service is still active, the operator refunds your purchase in full.
- For anything else, contact the operator through the app; your order history is recorded and reviewable.
